Villa of the old olive oil factory

Die Lage und die Aussicht der Villa waren hervorragend. Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben dort als Familie – zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder – Urlaub gemacht. Es war an alles gedacht. Zudem liegt die Villa in der Nähe von Kokkari. Es handelt sich um eine historische Villa; die Zimmer wirkten, als wären sie von einem Innenarchitekten gestaltet worden. Küche und Bad waren schön, und alle unsere Bedürfnisse wurden erfüllt. Der Eigentümer war sehr aufmerksam und kümmerte sich sofort um etwaige kleine Probleme, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Als Familie, die fünf Tage in dieser schönen Villa verbracht hat, sind wir dem Eigentümer sehr dankbar.

Nichts. Ich kann jetzt schon sagen, dass wir auch nächstes Jahr wieder hier sein werden. Ich kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Wer hinfährt, wird es garantiert nicht bereuen.

Manzara çok güzel ,teras ve balkonu geniş oturma alanları var ancak çok rüzgar olduğu için terasda oturamadık.klimalar çok efektif yataklar rahat.

Bulaşık makinesi olsa iyi olur ama konacak yer yok.mutfakta açacak yoktu.mutfakta bulunan tava çizik içindeydi kullanım açısından sağlığa uygun değil.

The outside spaces were fabulous. We ate breakfast under the shady terrace, sunbathed on the private patio and watched the stars at night from the upper rooftop. Our host Dimitris and his son couldn’t have been more helpful. They responded to our questions immediately and went out of their way to fix a small problem during our stay.

Some areas could do with a refresh such as the bathroom, kitchen and outdoor furniture. The road that runs past the property can be a little noisy in the mornings.

The owners were fantastic. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and not 4 adults. The apartment was cramped and temporary beds set up in the sitting room was were poor. Airconditioning didn't work. However, the landlord was fantastic. They changed the apartment in Samos town, which was fantastic.

In the end, the way the owners / landlord reponded, we ended up have a great family holiday. I would certainly recommend to go stay in any place owned by this landlord. They were simply put amazing.
