I knew when I picked the property that it would be pretty basic but chose it for its location which was a few minutes walk to the best beach in Samos and a five minute drive to the lovely town of Kokkari. The owner was very friendly and went out of her way to make us welcome. The apartment was spotless and serviced every day . The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice.
We had hoped to get one of the two top floor apartments that had large terraces with a view. Unfortunately our small second floor apartment had a very small balcony with a limited view. Also the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows very hard. The property is located midway down a hill so be prepared to climb up from the beach and up to the car park.
