It is a big house with nice garden. It is quiet and has relaxing scene. There are very nice restaurants in walking distance.
The main reason that we have rented this property was to be able to swim right in front of the house. The house is at the seafront, but you CAN NOT SWIM there because of the uneven and huge rocks. To swim, you have to walk 300-400 meters away from the house. So 'Beachfront Location: Aeolos Villa in Balos offers direct beachfront access' is very misleading. Also there are ac units in the rooms, but the main dining and living room, where we spend most of the time as a family, are missing ac units and it gets quite hot during day time. Also some parts of the house needs repair and painting.

Location - directly on the beach! With big garden, terrace - breakfast and dinner with beautiful sea view (dolphin watching during breakfast!). Next to several restaurants/taverns (restaurant Stella is direct neighbour, we went twice and loved it - food, personnel, athmosphere/setting with only few scattered tables in a spacious garden).
Quiet, no masses respectively rarely people around. Fisher boats in the morning, a couple of rent a car tourists for a momentary photo and... gone.
Beautiful and spacious house, fully equipped, airconditionned. Table and chairs also on the terrace, 2 sunbeds with rolls on the terrace (we took them also to the beachfront).
Cleaning twice in a week ( Tue and Thu).
We were 7 persons (it’s a 4 bedroom house) but there are only 2 sunbeds.
2 infos (not a critique, but needs to be kept in mind):
Beach is not pebble but big round stones (hasn’t really bothered us).
You definitelly need a car.
