The Cocoonr agency is offering ‘Le Bel Air du Lac’ for rent: a brand-new, spacious and light-filled flat on the 4th floor (with a lift), ideally situated close to Annecy town centre.
Thanks to its prime location and garage parking, you'll have easy access to the city centre and be able to explore the Venice of the Alps entirely on foot, without a car!
The flat comprises
- Spacious entrance hall with storage cupboard
- Beautiful, bright living room with TV lounge and study area, with access to the balcony
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area for 4 people
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200, television and large storage cupboard
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140x200 with large storage cupboard
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- Balcony with dining table and chairs
- Spacious private garage (all types of vehicles except lorries or other large vehicles can be parked here; the owners park an Audi Q5 here without difficulty).
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available in the flat.

Public transport :
- Regular bus lines SIBRA 2, 5, pass by the bus stop located 2 minutes walk down from the flat. Line 5 provides easy access to the city centre (approx. 9 minutes) and nearby beaches (10 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, garage parking is available.
