About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator in a luxury residence of 2020 located 1500 meters from the lake and 15 minutes walk from the city center.
Fully equipped, the apartment has a large terrace. Close to the Albigny district and all shops.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
🅿️ A private parking space is available in the building's basement.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé, en revanche le parking au sous-sol très compliqué pour manœuvrer pour se garer avec une grande voiture.
Autrement rien à dire.

Leila a l’arrivée était très gentille.
L’appartement est super et l’immeuble d’un excellent standing
Très bien situé à 25 minutes à pied du lac
Place de parking un plus dans la prestation mais alors assez compliqué d’y rentrer!!!
Manque 2/3 petites choses dans l’appart pour que ce soit parfait : micro ondes, grille pain, bouilloire, table et fer à repasser, parapluie, porte manteau et accroches serviette dans la salle de bain.
Je recommande sans hésiter

Désagréments :
Nous avons pu obtenir le code d'entrée de la Résidence (sas de 2 portes) qu'après insistance.
Première réponse : plus de code mais un vigicode. Réponse erronée.
Un seul jeu de clé... A deux occupants ayant des activités différentes c'était difficile à gérer sur un séjour de cette durée.
Absence de Micro-onde sur place (mentionné dans la liste du matériel à disposition), et élément important pris en compte dans notre décision de louer.
Eléments de cuisine inadéquate (poêles non compatibles avec plaque de cuisson).
Ce n'est pas à notre connaissance une nouvelle location.
A noter la réactivité et l'amabilité de la plate-forme qui a pu résoudre ces différents problèmes pendant notre séjour.
