The home features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large open-concept living room and kitchen with access to the terrace through large sliding doors that allow you to enjoy the ocean views. Natural light in every room of the house creates a unique experience.
It’s just 40 steps from the golden sands of Puerto Rico Beach. Spacious rooms and exquisite decor, combined with the highest-quality finishes, make this the perfect vacation home.
The Space
You enter the villa from the private parking area, and ocean views are visible from every room. Equipped with hammocks and an outdoor table. Large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a sunroom with a washer and dryer. It features two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a 180x200 cm double bed. The second bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds, which can be pushed together upon request.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
Living room equipped with Wi-Fi, a 55" TV, and a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and accessories such as a juicer, coffee makers, toaster, blender, and all necessary kitchenware.
Open-concept living room and kitchen, with direct access to the terrace through large sliding doors that allow you to enjoy the ocean views.
Outdoor dining area with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs for relaxing outdoors.
