Suite Deluxe Puerto Rico 11

It was lovely and spacious and very clean. It was close to the shops and restaurants. The air conditioning was brilliant to have and the balcony was huge and very handy to have. The host was very pleasant and helpful and check in was very easy.

I booked it looking that it was suitable for disabled access. As I had two young children with buggies I thought it would be great but there were a number of steep steps up to the property itself which made it difficult with two buggies. The couch itself had numerous stains on it but easily fixed by placing a blanket over it but it could do with a good deep clean or possibley even replacing.

Location was great, near to bars & restaurants in Puerto Rico Commercial Centre. Apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need & was very clean. Comfortable beds, great shower, lots of hot water, a large terrace with outside dining area. Pool area has recently been refurbished & there were other ongoing renovations but nothing that interfered with a lovely restful holiday. The bottle of wine & coffee pods on our arrival was a lovely touch.

Property is advertised as being wheelchair accessible but it certainly isn’t. There are many steps from street level & further steps to the pool area. I booked this apartment because I usually hire a mobility scooter & I did ask the host if the property could accommodate one & I was told it would be ok. Unfortunately I had to cancel my mobility scooter booking but luckily I had my rollator walker with me & with lots of help from my fellow guests I managed to get out & about. I also think an information pack would be a useful addition, telling you what to do with keys on check out etc, as the guy who met us on arrival didn’t tell us anything much but I messaged host to find out.
