The villa’s outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and enjoyment under Puerto Rico’s exceptional climate — known as one of the best on the island. You’ll find a private garden and swimming pool, surrounded by several inviting spaces: a Balinese bed, sun loungers, a covered chill-out area, and a barbecue zone with a large outdoor dining table for eight. Every corner invites you to enjoy the island’s gentle sun and ocean breeze from morning to night.
Inside, a bright open-plan living area seamlessly connects to the terrace through large glass doors. The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchair, creating a relaxing coastal atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water heater, and more — while the indoor dining area offers a stylish round designer table, perfect for shared meals or leisurely breakfasts.
The villa includes three spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests:
Master Bedroom 1: Double bed, elegant en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and two private balconies — one overlooking Puerto Rico, perfect for enjoying the sunset, and another with beautiful views of Amadores Beach.
Master Bedroom 2: Double bed, adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private terrace where you can watch the sunrise over the mountains and sea — a peaceful spot to begin the day.
Top-Floor Bedroom: Occupying the entire upper level, this spacious suite has three single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private rooftop terrace offering complete privacy and spectacular sunset views over the Atlantic.
Each bedroom provides access to its own private terrace or balcony, ensuring maximum privacy and allowing every guest to enjoy their own corner of the villa — all with stunning panoramic views.

Lovely villa and owner, had everything we needed, and we have had a very relaxing break. Only downside is it’s at a top of a hill to the beaches and centre of town but taxis are readily available and about 5-7 euros each way. Pictures online very accurate to what the villa is like and was lovely to be in contact with the owner

We found the villa was fine for 5 people but certainly no more. Pool is not heated and this needs to be specified, also the pool is not suitable for small children and neither is the villa really, but we were a party of adults so it was fine. The cleaning , which we paid extra for, was not completely satisfactory, sand still remained in the bath. The area is quiet, which is fine but the shopping centre near by has a very good Spar, who deliver the shopping but the bars and restaurants are a little "tacky" . The beach is a pleasant walk, but a taxi may be necessary back due to the steep incline. Taxis are cheap. All in all the villa itself is grand for adults, there was a bottle of prosecco on arrival. I would consider slowly about using Homeaway again, still don't understand why the booking deposit is taken twice from the card. Haven't experienced this method before.
