Servatur Eden & Buganvillas

We liked the adult only apartments & pool. The size of the balcony & the clean comfortable beds. The location is great & the really lovely pleasant helpful staff.

The bathroom could of been cleaner. The main issue with this hotel is the no smoking on your outdoor balcony. No where in the listing does it state this. Yes it states no smoking rooms (this is the norm at every hotel) it should clearly state this is a non smoking hotel! It spoilt our holiday, we would never, ever of booked this. Servatur needs to make it a priority to list this when advertising their hotels. We would return for everything else but not for the fact you can't have a cigarette on the outside space you've paid for in good faith. Instead when we checked in we were handed an very abrupt note telling us there will be consequences if we smoked on our balcony!

Great location with bars restaurants and taxi rank on doorstep but not a noisy location at all.

Great location, spotlessly clean. Staff members very polite.

As I arrived late at night I spent about 1 hour or so looking for parking outside the hotel. Security even tried to help. Maybe it would be a good idea for the hotel to reserve some parking for late arrivals.
