Sunshine Beach Villas

The location was central to Supermarket, shops, Restaurants and Bars. Very quite area and very relaxing villa. Superb villa very clean and all expectations was top notch.

The private swimming pool, welcome items (drinks/ toiletries etc) location was quiet.

Villa was close to bars and restaurants and a small supermarket which was adequate for all of your day to day needs. There was a handy cut through next to the villa although down some steep stairs which was fine going but a killer coming back! But kept us fit. Main town area was a 10 minute walk which was perfect. Harbour and Beach close too.

The only minor downside was the lack of air conditioning but we knew that before we booked it was very clearly stated. We had lots of fans provided by the owner.

Very good location a very short walk to the restaurants and supermarkets of the Olas commercial centre and the Puerto Rico (Puerto Base) area. Plenty of space tonoark the hire car.

Property was tired with many broken fittings. Several lights did not work. Kitchen units were scuffed and some trim had fallen off. Window blinds not working and some windows seized. Large area of pool tiles broken off and pool was leaking, having to be topped up daily. Not enough furniture if the villa was at full occupancy (only 4 loungers, outdoor dining chairs, main dining area chairs). Only one chair on one of the upstairs terraces, none at all on the other. On arrival cleaning standard was poor - lots of hand smears on the patio doors, upstairs terraces very dusty, some floors not cleaned inside.
