I have to be honest in my reviews as we travel at least 14 times per year and this hotel is our fav , staff / rooms / security/ cleanliness are all 10/10 I would highly recommend and you pay for what you get at the end of the day . Top hotel

The location, sunshine and pool area were lovely. We also appreciated that Booking.com Customer Service reviewed our complaint and offered support at checkout. However, because of the disappointment with the room presentation and the way the issue was handled by hotel, it became difficult to fully enjoy the positive aspects of the property.

We paid approximately €340 per night for an "Apartment with Sea View and Whirlpool" for our wedding anniversary. The listing stated "Sea View" and "Terrace with Sea View", and the promotional photos showed open sea-facing views. However, Suite 102 had a dominant direct view of a dry mountain wall, road, buildings and a tunnel. The sea was visible only from the side. We uploaded photos so future guests can compare the actual view with the advertised presentation. The hotel stated that this apartment corresponds to the booked category. Our concern is not the hotel’s internal classification, but what customers are shown before booking. If a "Sea View" category can include a mountain-dominant apartment with only a limited side sea view, this should be clearly stated and shown in the official gallery. In our experience, it was not. We understand that rooms within one category can vary. However, this type of apartment should be presented as a separate, lower-priced category, such as "Mountain View with partial side sea view", rather than in the same way as open sea-facing apartments. We chose and paid extra for this category specifically because of the expected sea view. Breakfast was acceptable but not exceptional or five-star. Small details also fell below expectations for this price. Overall, for a 'Luxury Boutique Suites' positioning, the experience did not feel like a five-star stay.
