Stunning Villa with Breathtaking Ocean View

The location is very good, high on the hillside, the view to the village and beach/bay area is breathtakingly beautiful, villa is very spacious, the cacti garden is absolutely wonderful! Also the pool is nice to take a dip in. Very private, quiet and safe.

The house has quite some marks of "wear and tear", it looks rather old house and renovation is due. The furniture was old and some of it was almost falling apart. Especially poor was the condition of the kitchen, that looked cheap and old, the laminate was pealing off already. Wi-fi was restricted to very small area (e.g. in the garden there was no wi-fi, in the living room it lagged a lot). Would've expected better quality for that kind of money.

The villa offered everything we could wish for. We especially appreciated the weekly cleaned swimming pool, the spacious garage that fit our van, the automatic gates, reliable internet, and the breathtaking view over the city and the sea. The multiple air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, large bathrooms, barbecue, and hammock made our stay even more comfortable. The peaceful surroundings and the very friendly staff were also a big plus.

The only downside is that you are dependent on a car, as the villa is located on a hill and a bit far from the city center and the beach.

Rigtig god beliggenhed og pæn have. fantastisk udsigt og grundlæggende et pænt hus, dog med mangler. Dejligt kvarter. Søde og venlige piger som gjorde rent og udleverede nøgler.

Virkelig Nedslidt og ikke særlig rent køkken, lys i emhætte virker ikke. Opvaskemaskine var i stykker og stor revne i trælågen, sæbelågen var i stykker, så sæben ikke kunne komme ud, og hjul på nederste kurv manglede. Der mangler en håndvask på det ene badeværelse, der er bare et hul i bordpladen. Dør til køkken kan kun åbnes halvt, fordi at køleskabet går for langt ud. Svømmepølen er kold, 20 grader. Huset trænger til nye møbler i enkelte rum, mange er pæne, men der er også nogle som er virkelig udtjente. Huset trænger at ejerne selv kommer forbi og ser hvordan det egentlig ser ud, jeg tror det er længe siden at ejeren har været der. Der skal egentlig ikke så meget til, for at det bliver godt.
