For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
