As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find air conditioning and a desk. Enjoy the WiFi and TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. This is the most perfect condo and location for visiting Madrid. We are a family of 4- two adults and two teenagers. The unit has ample space for all of us. And the patio and view is just amazing! We had breakfast on the patio many mornings! The location is in a convenient location. We were steps from the Metro, half a block from the Dia grocery, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and several fun neighborhoods. The building is secure and access to the unit is easy. Communications with the host team was 10/10. They answered all my questions pre arrival. Sent us a video showing us exactly how to access the unit and checked in on us after arrival. The unit is on the busy Calle Grand Via. It should be expected that you would hear city noise. It did not bother any of us. In fact, it added to the charm of staying in the city center. We could not recommend this unit highly enough. Any future visits we have to Madrid will include a stay here!
