Stay in this charming house located on one of the most iconic and charming beaches on the north coast of São Paulo, at Maresias Beach, in São Sebastião, facing the sea. Ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends seeking to relax and enjoy, this space combines comfort, practicality and fun. An unforgettable experience with direct beach access and a privileged location. The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate your guests.
- Known for its crystal-clear waters and white sands, the region attracts visitors from across the country seeking sun, beach, and a complete leisure and relaxation experience, and an atmosphere that balances unwinding and fun. Whether to rest or enjoy the hustle and bustle, Maresias is a little piece of paradise that appeals to all types of visitors.
- We are close to bars, renowned restaurants and local shops. For adventurers, there are trails, boat trips and water sports options.
- Take the opportunity to relax and have fun with beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, external area with 2 swimming pools (under maintenance with completion forecast 04/08/26), one for adults and one for children, loungers, tables with umbrellas and chairs (collective use of the condominium) - consult conditions
