The host is awesome, super friendly and very quick to answer questions. The location and amenities are great. However, the house is falling apart a bit. The toilet flushers are almost all broken, there is mould in the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom and a few other things are broken. Just a few fixes and this place would be perfect!
