The house offers great comfort, all finished in porcelain tile, fully air-conditioned with a 42,000 BTU unit, smart TVs with 400GB fiber optic internet access, a suite with two pressurized showers, two kitchens, the external one connected to the barbecue area and an extensive deck with a private heated pool overlooking the Cambury River. The Cambury River runs along the back of the property, providing the experience of swimming in exclusive natural pools of crystal-clear water. All the water used on the property comes from a semi-artesian well, thus ensuring no water shortages. The location is close to waterfalls and the sea, less than 10 minutes by car. We also offer daily boat rentals to explore the islands, including Ilha dos Gatos, Ilha das Couves, and Montão do Trigo. Guest Access: The bungalow is located in the Cambury countryside, less than 10 minutes by car from the beach and the trails leading to the waterfalls. Access to the property is easy, via approximately 1 km of dirt road. The entrance has an electronic gate, and guests will receive the remote control upon arrival, ensuring greater convenience and security during their stay. Other observations: The property, a small farm, has four completely independent houses. It's a family-friendly location and very suitable for those who enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. An extra guest fee, not included in the price and therefore separate, will be charged at R$100.00/day/guest.
