House in a large closed condominium, located at the edge of the Rio-Santos, 100m from the beach (Portal 11).
It has 3 large swimming pools, 3 children's rooms, 2 saunas, tennis court, sports court, children's playground and play ground, 2 games rooms with ping-pong and snooker,
The newly refurbished house is only available for rent by families with up to 8 people and is rented a few times a year to maintain the cost and the appropriate conservation features and family environment preserved.
It has 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and mezzanine, all with air conditioning and anti-insect screens, 2-room w / cable SKY flat screen TV and American kitchen (with new stove and refrigerator). Yard with barbecue and 4 bicycles. It is located 400 meters from the beach, being 300 meters inside the condominium itself, that is, from the concierge to the beach, it is only 100m!

Try to picture a bright, clean, spacious and well decorated place... Now imagine looking at the magnificent Atlantic Forest Reserve as your back Yard, and the warm soft white sand of Maresias beach just a few steps away... This is Solange and Marcelo's home away from home... The care for the place is everywhere, from the decoration and comfort, to the details such as new appliances, cutlery, cups, pans, bikes, barbecue, beach chairs, You name it... Everything shows this is a family place where love and care are present . The private complex is great with pools, sauna, and amenities. The staff is friendly and always prompt to help with Tips for food places, all flavour beaches (several along the coast just few miles away), and Nature trails. If You are looking for a home away from home in a Paradise like place... This is it!!! Thank You Solange and Marcelo for all the support and care during our stay!!!
