Complete security and privacy (high, solid walls, alarm system), screens on windows and doors, allowing everything to remain open and well-ventilated, American-style kitchen with all high-quality and new appliances, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, 1 satellite TV, living room and bedroom with ceiling fans. D 33 mattresses—all new and recently replaced. 2 bedrooms, 1 double suite + 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 4 beds, 2 bathrooms with luxurious showers, a beautiful garden, balcony with hammocks, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, garage for 03 vehicles. Very well situated in a prime location in Maresias, on a side street off Avenida da Praia, all paved with concrete blocks, no dust, close to everything—restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, a bakery, Sirena, and bars—you won’t need a car for anything.
The surrounding area consists only of houses, guesthouses, and co-ownership properties...!!! The house is located at the corner of Sebastiao Romao Cesar and Olympio Romao Cesar streets. Right next to the Amoreiras complex.

Passei um final de semana maravilhoso em 5 pessoas e dois cachorros, fui muito bem atendida pelo Sr Luiz, que foi muito solícito desde de o primeiro contato. A limpeza da casa é muito boa, tudo bem organizado, os colchões das camas são bons . A casa é térrea, ótima para pessoas que querem tranquilidade...e tem um gramado lindo que agrada qualquer cachorro. Voltaria a alugar com certeza.

O Imóvel é excelente e a localização ajuda muito, dá para fazer tudo sem utilizar o veículo.
A atenção do proprietário é impar, muito atencioso , prestativo e educado.

Tudo conforme o combinado com o Senhor Luiz a casa estava bem limpinha, muito bem localizada e tudo ok. O que poderia melhorar por conta do preço é ter mais um quarto para acomodar mais pessoas e uma piscina agradaria a todos e o preço ficaria de forma justa, ar condicionado também iria muito bem. Mas de resto tudo muito bom, indicaria para todos!!!!!
