Air condit. in all environments, newly renovated bathrooms, kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and all new utensils and crockery. TV 26 ', DVD and stereo. Landscaped garden and barbecue. Beautiful mountain views. Condominium, 3 pools, tennis court, soccer field, volleyball, basketball, saunas (dry and steam), games room with pool table, ping pong table, play grounds (closed and outdoor), wave to 2 cars. Security 24 hrs, wi-fi. 50 mts from the beach, just cross the street. The voltage is 220v
