Welcome to your vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen! This lovingly preserved, over 150-year-old fisherman’s cottage is situated in a quiet location at the entrance to town, on the corner of An den Rehwiesen and Hauptstraße, and combines historic charm with an excellent location.
The house features four cozy vacation apartments: two on the first floor with their own terraces and two more in the attic. The spacious property, with its lawn for sunbathing and mature trees, invites you to relax and offers a pleasant, natural atmosphere.
The shady pine forest begins just about 30 meters away. From here, you can reach the wide, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach with its fine sand in about a 15-minute walk. The path leads directly through the dune landscape, making even the walk to the sea a special experience.
Local amenities are also conveniently located: A grocery store with a bakery is only about 100 meters away and, during the season, even on weekends, offers everything you need for a successful vacation—from a fresh breakfast to a special dinner.
