About this apartment rental
The Karl apartment is ideal for 2 people and 1 toddler up to 3 years of age for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. A separate entrance leads from the central hallway to the bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet opens up to the right.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, which can also serve as a sleeping place for a third person, and a TV corner with modern flat-screen TV and radio.
Furthermore, the living room has a well-equipped, open kitchen corner with a 2-burner ceramic hob, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
The wide patio door leads to the meadow or only to the south-west facing terrace. A place for balmy summer evenings. Here your little ones will also find enough space to play and romp. The property is fenced.
The property is also approved for pets up to 60cm instep height. Since the neighboring apartment may also be occupied separately, we ask for your consideration.
You can park your car directly at the house.

Holiday in a beautiful holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen.
Centrally located and yet a little off the beaten path are our family-friendly holiday apartments with one or 2 bedrooms, for 3 or 5 people.
Each apartment has a kitchen area, a bathroom, the apartment on the upper floor even has 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms each have a double bed. For your little ones we have 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The house is located on a separate property. On the lawn you will find plenty of space for sports and games. There is also a small playground for your little ones here.
Wi-Fi is free of charge. Check your e-mails or find out about current topics on the island as well as in the world.
The kitchens are equipped with everything you need for your holiday, of course with a refrigerator, cooking facilities, kettle, toaster, etc.
In the living/dining area, there is a large dining table in the upper apartment, sufficient for up to 8 people. Here the kitchen is also equipped with an oven and dishwasher and freezer. The apartments on the first floor have a south-facing terrace, the one on the upper floor has a balcony facing west. A barbecue can also be used. However, we ask you to clean it again after use. The following tenants will thank you.
You are welcome to bring bed linen and towels with you or you can use the on-site service and book linen packages.
In the apartments on the first floor, dear and well-behaved pets are also allowed.
The fine Baltic Sea beach is only a 12-minute walk away. A bakery and supermarket can be found in the immediate vicinity. It is recommended to explore the beauties of the island by bike. There is a well-developed network of cycle paths on the island or you can get on the UBB and take the train in the direction of the imperial baths or to Peenemünde and visit the museum of the former Herresversuchsanstalt, the submarine, the Phenomenta or the Bernsteintherme in Zinnowitz. Bicycles can be rented at every train station. There are a number of nice excursion destinations if it should be a little cooler on Germany's sunny island.
