The living area features a practical kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, and many other kitchen utensils, so you can easily prepare your own meals during your stay. A cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV with a stereo system invite you to relax. The sleeping area is equipped with two comfortable single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet.
The bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet, and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
A private parking space is available right next to the vacation home, so you can park your car conveniently and safely.
With the rental bikes from our in-house bike rental service, “Die guten Gelben,” located at our office at Am Maiglöckchenberg 5, you can the island of Usedom at a leisurely pace. As a guest of the house, you’ll benefit from discounted rental rates and can discover the numerous bike paths along the Baltic Sea coast or through the idyllic coastal forests in a particularly comfortable way. Please note the respective pickup and return times.

This lovingly preserved, over 150-year-old fisherman’s cottage is situated in a quiet location at the entrance to town, on the corner of An den Rehwiesen and Hauptstraße, and combines historic charm with an excellent location.
The house features four cozy vacation apartments: two on the first floor with their own terraces and two more in the attic. The spacious property, with its lawn for sunbathing and mature trees, invites you to relax and offers a pleasant, natural atmosphere.
The shady pine forest begins just about 30 meters away. From here, you can reach the wide, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach with its fine sand in about a 15-minute walk. The path leads directly through the dune landscape, making even the walk to the sea a special experience.
Local amenities are also conveniently located: A grocery store with a bakery is only about 100 meters away and, during the season, even on weekends, offers everything you need for a successful vacation—from a fresh breakfast to a special dinner.
