Die Lage ist perfekt. Im Haus war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Für uns wäre ein Geschirrspüler toll gewesen. Aber es ging auch so. 😊

Sehr gemütlich, gutes Bett, moderne Küche, beste Lage, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter!
Die Sitzmöglichkeit draußen ist leider unten und die Wohnung in der ersten Etage. Schöner wäre eine Terrasse auf Wohnungshöhe wie bei den Nachbargebäuden schon vorhanden ist.

Schönes Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ostsee. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.
Die Sitzbadewanne ist, trotz Duschabtrennung, nur bedingt zum duschen geeignet. Etwas irritiert waren wir über die Kamera am Eingang, die den gesamten Terrassenbereich zu überwachen scheint. Wenn Mieter in der darüberliegende Wohnung eingemietet sind, laufen oder das WC benutzen, wird jedes Geräusch über den nicht gedämmten Boden wahrgenommen.

Lage, Terrasse mit Blick auf den Wald, Sonnenschirm, Gas-Grill, Wlan, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Klein und fein. So viele Töpfe wie selten in einer FeWo. Gutes Bett / Matratze; großes Sofa
Für 1-2 Personen ausreichend Geschirr; für Gäste zu wenig Gläser und Tassen; Keine Möglichkeit Pullover / Wäsche im Schrank zu deponieren.
