Through a small entryway, a staircase leads directly to the spacious kitchen-living room on the upper floor of the house.
The apartment has a living area of approximately 67 square meters. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a sink, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
There are 2 bedrooms available, each furnished with a double bed. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, and one with a bathtub and toilet.
The cozy sofa in the TV corner can be converted into a sleeping area.
The apartment also features a west-facing balcony.
If, contrary to expectations, you don’t feel like enjoying nature right outside your door, two flat-screen TVs with satellite reception (one in the bedroom, one in the living area) provide entertainment. You’ll also find a DVD player here.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Vacation in a beautiful vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen.
Centrally located yet somewhat secluded, our family-friendly vacation apartments feature one or two bedrooms, accommodating 3 or 5 people, respectively.
Each apartment features a kitchen area and a bathroom; the upstairs apartment even has two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. For your little ones, we provide two cribs and two high chairs. The house is located on a separate lot. The lawn offers plenty of space for sports and play. There’s also a small playground for your little ones.
Wi-Fi is free here. Check your emails or stay up to date on current events on the island and around the world.
The kitchens are equipped with everything you need for your vacation, including, of course, a refrigerator, cooking facilities, a kettle, toaster, and more.
In the living/dining area of the upper apartment, you’ll find a large dining table that seats up to 8 people. The kitchen here is also equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and freezer. The ground-floor apartments feature a south-facing terrace, while the upper-floor apartments have a west-facing balcony. A grill is also available for use. However, we ask that you clean it after use. The next guests will appreciate it.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can use the on-site service and book laundry packages.
Well-behaved pets are also allowed in the ground-floor apartments.
The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 12-minute walk away. You’ll find a bakery and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We recommend exploring the island’s beauty by bike. The island has a well-developed network of bike paths, or you can hop on the UBB and take the train toward the imperial spas or to Peenemünde to visit the museum of the former naval research facility, the submarine, Phenomenta, or the Bernsteintherme in Zinnowitz. You can rent bicycles at any train station. There are a number of lovely places to visit should the weather happen to be a bit cooler on Germany’s “Sun Island.”
