Fire up the propane grill for delicious, alfresco meals and challenge your companions to a game of life-size chess for some friendly competition. The colorful tropical vegetation enhances the backyard’s charm and as the sun sets, the colorful landscape lighting makes for perfect evening ambiance.
You’ll find plenty of comfortable seating options, from Adirondack chairs to lounge chairs by the pool. For ultimate relaxation, retreat to the giant tiki cabana, equipped with a 55″ Smart TV. The cottage offers the ultimate way to enjoy a unique tropical experience in your own little slice of paradise, the privacy cannot be beat! This would be considered the primary/master bedroom as it’s the only bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Get there before anyone else because this fabulous cottage is a fan-favorite, and you don’t want to miss calling dibs on it!

Our stunning 32-foot saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.
NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). Emotional support animals fall under the pet fee as per VRBO policy. Additional pets (more than 2) are permitted with an additional $58 per pet. Additional pets (more than 2) are permitted with an additional $58 per pet.
**PARKING***
▪Parking for 4 vehicles MAX.
▪All vehicles must be parked in driveway of the home and not on the street.
▪Parking in garage is prohibited.
▪No RVS, boat parking, pull behind trailers permitted.
▪Guests that intentionally park on the lawn will be asked to vacate the home.

Traveling with little ones? Baby Quip offers our guests a 10% discount on any of their baby rental items. Or if you just need a simple pack-n-play? There is a local rental service that delivers this for $41/week.
***CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:***
▫Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
▫ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. During the summer we have mosquito prevention service every 14 days. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.
▫The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.
▫We recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.
▫The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.
