***POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW***

▫Your mini resort includes a cozy poolside guest bungalow offering a unique “glamping” experience. Equipped with a full-size bed, smart TV, wall heater, and window air conditioning unit. The bungalow has easy access to the third bathroom inside the home, making it a favorite sleeping room for guests.

▫NOTE: The private bungalow is included in the 3 bedrooms. Please see photos and notice that it is on the exterior of the home and is separate from the main home. For this reason, it may be unsuitable for some guests.

*** LOCATION, LOCATION!***

▫Why choose between sun-soaked beaches and a fabulous saltwater pool? You don’t have to! Madeira Beach is just a quick 5-minute drive away, and there’s plenty of shopping and dining to explore nearby. Downtown St. Pete is your playground too, only about a 22-26 minute drive—perfect for a night out on the town!

▫Seminole Mall located 1/2 mile is an outdoor mall with lots of restaurants, a movie theater and shopping. Publix grocery store is located adjacent to the Seminole Mall. Walmart Superstore is 5 mins and Target 7 mins.

*** POOL & OPTIONAL HEATER***

▫The stunning 32 foot saltwater pool is professionally serviced twice a week for a sparkling swim. Pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night.

▫The separate square portion of the pool is not a spa or hot tub. With the flick of a switch you can create a cascade of bubbles, but the water temperature is the same temperature as the pool. If you’re primary interest is a hot tub or spa, this is not the home for you.

***PETS WELCOME!***

▫Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.

▫NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). Emotional support animals fall under the pet fee as per VRBO policy. Additional pets (more than 2) are permitted with an additional $58 per pet. **PARKING***

▫Parking for 4 vehicles MAX.

▫All vehicles must be parked in driveway of the home and not on the street.

▫Parking in garage is prohibited.

▫No RVS, boat parking, pull behind trailers permitted.

▫Guests that intentionally park on the lawn will be asked to vacate the home.

***FAMILY FRIENDLY AMENITIES***

▫Traveling with little ones? Baby Quip offers our guests a 10% discount on any of their baby rental items. Or if you just need a simple pack-n-play? There is a local rental service that delivers this for $41/week.

***CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:***

▫Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

▫ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. During the summer we have mosquito prevention service every 14 days. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.

▫The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.

▫We recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.

▫The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.

▫Please review our rules on this listing carefully. If any rules may pose an issue, this home may not be suitable for you.
