A quiet, upscale neighborhood , your just 6 minutes from Madeira Beach and many other Gulf of Mexico beaches. Or, fun & sun in the private pool outback.
20 minutes from Downtown St Pete, which offers restaurants, museums, the new Pier, and excellent night life. Very close to countless restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and grocery stores.
The space
Very Spacious and relaxing home, in vibrant Seminole Florida.
3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 75' Smart TV, and FREE WIFI throughout. There's a game room with a pool table, coffee station, and a large TV. Laundry facilities are located inside the house.
In the privately fenced backyard, you will enjoy the Florida sunshine with an elevated, custom made pool, that features lounge chairs, umbrellas, a screened patio, deck, and grill area. Out front of the home, enjoy your morning coffee with our cozy seating area, while you view the goings on of the neighborhood. Don't forget, we offer 4 bikes to go on a fun trip to our famous Pinellas Trail, located only one block from the home.
Guests can use the entire home. There are no shared amenities or spaces.
Two car garage. Driveway hold 4 cars. Uber/Lift are available, as well as 1 child (5 year old) and 4 adult bicycles.
We provide a guide in the house with our favorite local restaurants and things to do.

The layout of the house was great, and decorations. There is an unheated pool, so too cold for us to go in during November. My only disappointment was no TV in the primary bedroom but one in the other two bedrooms and the pool table room. The owner communicated quickly and left great instructions ,and a box of chocolates that was above and beyond. I appreciated her what’s in the house is for your use. I’ve had many rentals that wanted to charge me extra to use beach supplies, ect. If you want repeat customers don’t nickel and dime them.

It is difficult to highlight any one thing about this experience as everything was perfect. The Host (Ruta) and her husband went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation. We stayed the entire month of March, 2024 and we didn't want to leave. The cleanliness of the house was immediately apparent with an attention to detail including fresh flowers and candy which greeted us upon arrival. The house has three bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a pool table and a separate laundry room. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the necessary appliances (including an air fryer, crock pot and a toaster oven) and ample serving pieces, dishes and pots/pans. A screened porch has couches, table and chairs and ceiling fans and opens to a fenced yard (great for a dog) which also includes a 10' x 20' above ground rectangular pool which was maintained weekly as well as a new gas grill.
The hosts also provided all necessary beach items including an abundance of towels, chairs, floats and toys and also supplied four bicycles for riding the Pinellas Trail which is minutes from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly and there are stores (Walmart, Publix) and restaurants within 5 minutes.
From the ease of check in to departure, this house is by far the best we have ever rented and we are looking forward to our next visit.

This property is well maintained inside and out! The location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, bike trail, plenty of restaurants and more! The hosts were kind, generous and cared about how the stay was and how the accommodations were! It was so nice to walk into a house that was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, smelled fresh, stocked with water, toiletries, household items, beach towels/chairs, bikes, a pool table and more! There was even bird food and a bird feeder for the cardinals, blue jays, woodpeckers and more!! The hosts kindly accommodated not one dog but two dogs which was very kind, generous and greatly appreciated! They communicated well and were very accommodating and we would stay there again for some fun in the sun and relaxation! Accommodating is the key word! It truly felt like home, and we did not want to leave! Thank you for the stay!! :)
