There are TWO poolside cabanas, a custom fire pit, chessboard and a HUGE 7-hole putting green. Nestled in a lovely neighborhood near dining, shopping, coffee shops and beaches! ▫Our beautiful saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

▫An adorable poolside bungalow offers the ultimate way to enjoy a unique tropical “glamping” experience! This private bungalow is equipped with a full-size bed, a Smart TV for your entertainment and air to keep you cool. Guests in the bungalow will access the pool bathroom that is just steps from the bungalow.
▫Please note: The bungalow is included as a bedroom, bringing the total to 4 interior bedrooms plus the bungalow, which equals 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths!
▫This cozy retreat is separate from the main home, and may not be suitable for guests of all ages. Please consider your group dynamics and sleeping arrangements when booking.

▫Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.
▫NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). ***CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:***
▫Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
▫ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. During the summer we have mosquito prevention service every 14 days. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.
▫The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.
▫We recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.
▫The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.
