4 bedroom + 3 beautiful baths. Madeira Beach is a 4 minute drive and 25 minutes to downtown St Pete. Pictures don’t capture how stunning this home is in person—it’s IG-worthy and the effort to make it fantastic is evident EVERYWHERE! Saltwater pool, pool cabana, outdoor movie theater with reclining chairs, outdoor dining, optional heated pool for add’l cost. Backyard is on a small lake with lots of friendly ducks. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place that comfortably sleeps 14 guests.

Our favorite spot? The vibrant screened-in PINK porch!
Fire up the propane grill and enjoy dinner indoors or outside. Then unwind in reclining theater chairs at your outdoor movie theater overlooking the putting green, fire pit, and peaceful lake.
***POOL & OPTIONAL HEATER***
The saltwater pool is serviced twice weekly for sparkling clean swims.
Pool can be heated to 83°F from October 1st to May 1st for $30/night.

Madeira Beach is just a quick 4–5 minute drive.
Shops and dining options are close by.
Walmart Supercenter is 3 minutes ways and Target is 5 minutes.
Downtown St. Pete is approximately 22–26 minutes away, offering vibrant nightlife, waterfront parks, museums, and restaurants.
***PARKING***
▪Parking for 4 vehicles MAX.
▪All vehicles must be parked in driveway of the home and not on the street.
▪No parking in the garage.
▪No RVS, boat parking, pull behind trailers permitted.
▪Guests that intentionally park on the lawn will be asked to vacate the home.
***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps Up to 14)***

▫ Bedroom #2: Two Queen Beds (4 guests)
▫ Bedroom #3: King Bed (2 guests)

Pets allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.
The $144 pet fee covers up to two dogs (cats not permitted).
Additional pets (over 2) are permitted at $58 per pet.

Need a simple pack-n-play? A local rental service delivers for $41/week.
***CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:***
▪ You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
▪ Lawn service and pool service must enter the backyard to service this property. During the summer we have mosquito prevention treatment every 14 days. They have service days but they do NOT announce their arrival and they do NOT have set times. If you have privacy issues with lawn and pool providers needing to enter the backyard while you are a guest, this is NOT the right home for you. Again, these are not optional services—they are required to maintain home to the highest standards.
▪ Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance. This could financially cover unforeseeable events (i.e. weather related incidents, airline cancellation, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family).
▪ The nightly rate is calculated by the # of guests in your reservation. If you increase the # of guests after booking your stay, your nightly rate may increase.
▪ If you want to use the fire pit, bundles of wood can be purchased at the nearby grocery store. We do not provide firewood.
▪While we are pet friendly (with prior approval), we do not guarantee a yard is escape proof for your pet. Pet owners need to survey the perimeter of fencing upon arrival to identify any possible holes or escape openings. ALWAYS check the side gates to make sure they are closed if your pet will run free in the yard–you never know if the gate has been opened and not secured back by pool techs or landscapers. It is the pet owners responsibility to be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard.
▪ All televisions are Smart RoKu TVS and are for streaming your own television apps. Please note: there is high speed WiFi, but NO cable tv package.
▪Fishing is permitted in the lake–fishing gear is NOT provided. This is a great location to fish for bass.
