Located just 0.4 miles from Back40 trail access and minutes from lakes, OZ Trails Bike Park, and downtown Bentonville, this home is the perfect basecamp for exploring Northwest Arkansas.

The two-story home features three bedrooms, two living spaces, and 2.5 bathrooms.
