Guest passes are available upon request and usually take 3-4 days to secure.
Other things to note
This property is just 1.5 miles from access to the 170 miles of mountain biking trails in the area.
We have a pet policy. $250 refundable deposit and a $10 up to 10 pounds; $15 for those over.
Unless there is an incident, the deposit is returned after cleaning,

We booked two properties for a large event in Bella Vista for this stay and this was one of the two. The overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend this location. We started off an ounce rough with others outside of the property itself leaving a small problem with a mess that has nothing to do with the owner of the property itself. I notified M who quickly responded and went above and beyond to make sure the small problem was handled. Don’t be deceived by the outside of this complex. The way the owner has remodeled the inside makes this an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable, cool and roomy. The kitchen had exactly what we needed and there were games that led to fun times. Outside of a hiccup at arrival that was outside of the owners control, I don’t have anything but 5 star words for this property. The fact that the owner went above and beyond makes it 5 star plus. There are a lot of options out there, but you won’t go wrong booking this property for your family fun.

We appreciated the effort that went into remodeling the condo—it had a fresh feel and there was clearly an attempt to make it homey and functional. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly when we weren’t given the entry code, even after asking. The owner thought we were checking in on a different day, which was not our fault and created unnecessary stress as we had to call customer support to get access.At first glance, the condo looked clean, but as we settled in we noticed issues. Pet hair was everywhere—on beds, couches, edges of carpets, and even in the freezer. While we understand this is a pet‑friendly property, the level of hair was excessive, and both my wife and I became sick during the trip, likely due to allergies. One bed appeared made, but we discovered the sheets had never been put on, which was disappointing.The layout also felt awkward. There was no proper kitchen table (we had to move it into the living room to use it), a quirky bike‑style island that was cute but impractical, no place to hang towels in the main level bathroom, cramped entry, and a downstairs bathroom built around the water heater that made it difficult to use comfortably.Overall, while the condo has potential and shows effort in its remodel, the combination of entry issues, cleanliness concerns, and odd layout made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
