Absolutely wonderful. The only negatives that we had were really minor.There were no dishes for the bar soap in the bathrooms and no liquid soap dispensers either. Also, the little hook near the shower for holding the bath towel had been removed and not replaced.Also, we did not find coasters on which to put our drinks.As I wrote earlier, these were really minor things and they did not detract substantially from the joy of our stay.

This location was perfect for getting to all tje Bentonville trails and it is on the Back 40. The property was super clean and spacious.

This is such a lovely place that’s situated within a mountain biker’s dream. The back patio was serene (try to get an even number). The bedrooms were spacious, and comfortable.
The only thing I noticed is the listing said it’s essentially “fully stocked”. In our case (at least) we didn’t have shampoo/conditioner in either bathroom, toothpaste, spices, etc.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location, communication with the owner. Great place!
