Welcome to a mountain bikers haven! Just 2 minutes (on bike) from the trail of the Bella Vista back 40 our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sanctuary is located in a little cul-de-sac with lots of privacy and beautiful views of the Ozarks. Our home features a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom / bath with 3 twin beds. Enjoy the open living space while catching up after some great rides! The beautiful sun room offers lovely views of the wooded back yard and a great coffee spot.

Great location for Biking, close to Back40 and Blowing Springs trails. Fenced back yard was pet friendly.Internet speed was 50Down/40Up, worked for us most the time with some interruptions.

Good property in a neighborhood setting with everything you need during your stay. We enjoyed it and hope to go back to do some more exploring and hiking on nearby trails!

We enjoyed the fenced in back yard and chairs around the fire pit. It is in a quiet neighborhood.
