Looking for a beautiful 4 bedroom house on the Blowing Springs trail 0.43 miles from the Gear Garden...this is it! Casa Bici has direct access to the trail with its groomed private trailhead to Blowing Springs. Kitchen and living room are open concept and offer amazing views of the nature just outside your back door. Casa Bici is located on a double lot with total privacy from neighbors. House is well equipped and garage has necessary equipment to get your bike ready for the trail.

Perfect get-away spot for a family!It felt remote and in the woods, while still close to all the stores and entertainment we could want. We particularly appreciated the thoughtfulness of games and activities. We enjoyed it so much it made us want to move to Bella Vista.

The place was well furnished, well maintained, and ready to stay in, in addition to being in an excellent location and very pretty in its own right. I would highly recommend it (though I do warn that the driveway is a little steep and hard to see - come prepared).
