Are you ready to “Hit the Trails” in the mountain biking capital of the world? Every outdoor enthusiast’s bucket list should include Northwest Arkansas and this Bella Vista home is the perfect place to take in everything the area offers. At this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, you’ll be 0.3 miles away from the best MTB trails, & minutes away from lakes, waterfalls, parks, canoeing, & hiking. After a day exploring, you’ll be welcomed back by a pet friendly house with the comforts of home.
The space
The only home at the end of a quiet culdesac, Hit the Trails is a spacious, 1,715 sqft, single level home nestled in the hills of Bella Vista, Arkansas that sleeps up to nine guests. As you pull up to the house, you'll be greeted with an extra large garage with parking for two vehicles and ample room for bike storage inside, and a spacious driveway with room for parking for an additional six vehicles.
As you enter the front door and pass through the foyer you will be welcomed into a large, open concept living space with the master and spare bedrooms on opposing sides of the home. The living room boasts a sofa, loveseat, and a 55” smart, flatscreen TV. The dining area includes a dining table with seating for seven, and an additional seating for two can be found at the kitchen bar. Just off of the dining area is the back door which leads to the cozy deck with a patio table and chairs for four, a gas grill, and stairs leading down to the large backyard secluded by the beautiful Bella Vista forest. It is very common to spot deer grazing in the backyard.

The house was lovely! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Great location. Close to the trails. It was also nicely situated away from town but not too far to be able to head for a dinner date!

We got married at the Mildred B Cooper chapel (less than a mile away.) Our wedding party and some family members stayed here. Great location and plenty of room!
