3 bedroom condo bella vista w/ trail access, 2 patios, and a 6 person hot tub

Communication with the Jacob was good and efficient. He let us know of an unplanned late checkout by the previous renters that was affecting the cleaning schedule, but they were able to get everything ready for us in time for check-in, which I appreciated. The place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There were snacks, coffee, and toiletries, which was nice. My only comment is my opinion that the place truly sleeps 8 rather than 9 people (three King-sized beds, a rollaway twin, and a long couch with removable back cushions). The pull-out pictured in one of the bedrooms is not the size of a bed and would only potentially accommodate a small child. We had 5 people so this did not affect us, but it is worth mentioning for anyone who would expect it to sleep a full grown adult. Overall I would recommend the place!

Jacob's thoughtfulness and hospitality showed in so many ways! He went out of his way to accomodate our family's needs for the weekend and was incredibly graceful. Kids had a great time on the trails by the house and nearby waterfall and swimming holes!

This place was perfect for my family of six. We had a wonderful time. It was very clean. The house left some snacks that were absolutely beneficial for my six-year-old twins. Everything was beautiful.

The condo was sufficient, but it left a lot to be desired. There were no paper towels.The bathroom toilet paper roll was broken.One of the TV’s didn’t work.The beds were really hard.Multiple windows were unlocked, and all of the windows and window sills were filthy dirty.There were not many spices in the kitchen. We had to get towels from the upstairs bathroom to bring down to the downstairs bathroom. The hot water runs out very quickly.
