Nice spot close to trails and great for our dog! Loved the screened in porch. Very clean too with lots of info provided about what to do in the area. Hope to stay at Hike & Bike Blak again!

John's place is great! House really has everything you need. Very clean and neatly decorated. We especially loved the screened in porch and relaxed out there every day. Excellent communication with him. He responded to all we asked. Appreciate the little bit early check in. The location to trails for bike riding is great. It was quiet and peaceful. We would go back again and encourage others to stay there.

This was our second time renting this cozy, welcoming home in Bella Vista. The house is very clean, well stocked and Jon is a friendly and responsive host. Also if you are planning a summer getaway the AC works very well! Would stay again!

Loved the house! Screened-in porch was the best!The house was the most well stocked house concerning cookware, spices, and incidentals that we've ever experienced. The house was just as comfortable and cozy as it looks. The owner was fabulous keeping in touch. It was close to golf, restaurants, and trails. Would definitely book this house again.
