A cozy sofa area with a smart TV and wood-burning stove ensures relaxing moments, while the large dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. There is also a guest restroom with a sink on the first floor.

The first bedroom, with a double bed, is located on the first floor and has an adjoining full bathroom with a double sink and a washer-dryer.

The second bedroom, with a double bed, is located on the upper floor and impresses with its particularly spacious layout.

Another spacious full bathroom with a double sink offers plenty of space and added comfort.

The cozy terrace with seating and a gas grill is perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors.
