The 3 bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room guarantee a restful night’s sleep. Two bathrooms and two TVs provide additional comfort and flexibility.
The spacious 50-square-meter living/dining area is perfect for shared meals and social gatherings, while also offering plenty of quiet spaces for moments of peace and quiet. This apartment is the ideal place—especially for families or multigenerational groups—to come together while still enjoying space for individual relaxation.
The large south-facing terrace, complete with patio furniture and a shade sail, opens onto the garden and the playground—a paradise for children and adults alike. Here, you can fully enjoy the fresh air and sunshine when the weather is nice.
