This text describes a spacious summer house in Olpenitz, a developing resort area on the Baltic coast in Northern Germany, perfect for family holidays. The house can accommodate up to 16 guests and offers a range of excellent facilities. These include an indoor swimming pool with a water slide and Roman steps, a whirlpool, a sauna, and an activity room equipped with a billiards/table tennis table, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4. The house also features a comfortable kitchen and living area, six double bedrooms, a loft for children, and three bathrooms. Outside, there's a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a large playground nearby. The location is close to the beach and a short drive from the charming town of Kappeln. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
