Well-maintained garden with a terrace right on the water. The highlight of this magnificent waterfront property is undoubtedly its unique waterfront location. The beautiful south-facing garden is enclosed by a 1-meter-high wire fence. Two parking spaces on the property.
A fee of 85 € applies for check-ins on Sundays and holidays.
This seaside vacation home is located not far from the Schlei town of Kappeln, which offers many restaurants and a wide range of recreational activities.

Experience the romantic, maritime atmosphere of Kappeln’s old town and discover the harbor with its historic herring fence (the only functioning herring fence left in all of Europe). During herring season around the Easter holidays, the herring get caught in the fence and can thus be easily caught. The accompanying town festival is aptly named “Heringstage” (Herring Days) and always takes place on Ascension Day weekend.
The new bascule bridge over the Schlei is a modern architectural gem and can be easily viewed from the house and the garden. To allow ships to pass, the central section of the bridge is raised every hour. Four sections of the deck then rise skyward.
