This large and modern Skanlux holiday home is located just 900 meters from the sandy beach in Olpenitz and is ideal for family holidays or friendly group getaways. The pool area is the highlight of the house and features a 20 m² swimming pool with a counter-current system, underwater lighting, and a water slide. A large whirlpool for 4-6 people, a sauna, and a bathroom complete the wellness area. The house is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump and is equipped with modern amenities for all generations. The activity room features billiards, table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 4, and a large flat-screen TV. A cozy bar provides additional entertainment. At the center of the house is a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, another large TV, and a sofa group—ideal for relaxing or playing board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, coffee machines, and a large kitchen island with bar stools. A sleeping loft above the activity room has four box-spring beds and a TV. Eight bedrooms are spread across three wings, allowing guests to spread out comfortably. Single beds can be combined to form double beds. Outdoors, you can enjoy cozy evenings on the large open terrace and the covered area with a barbecue.
