The property is located 3 km from the center of Marzamemi, one of Italy’s most charming seaside villages, famous for its colorful houses, small marina, and historic tuna trap.
The property consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small private garden.

The ground-floor unit is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed (for one guest), and flat-screen smart TV;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;
- BEDROOM II with bunk beds (2 single beds);
- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- PRIVATE PATIO with a small table and chairs.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (three split units), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.
Assigned private outdoor parking space.
Crib and high chair available upon request, subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: The pools are open from June through October 15 (opening hours are subject to weather conditions), except on cleaning and maintenance days, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. You must comply with the pool’s rules and regulations (SWIM CAPS ARE MANDATORY).
Pets are NOT allowed.

Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the local tourist tax required by the municipality.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
Check-in will be via online self-check-in; and completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.
Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.
If you encounter any problems, telephone support is available until 10:00 PM.
If you would prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of:
- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.
You will be required to pay the tourist tax.

Marzamemi is one of Sicily’s most charming seaside villages, famous for its authentic atmosphere, colorful houses, and the scent of the sea. The heart of the village is the historic Tonnara, now surrounded by bars, shops, and traditional restaurants. Be sure to visit Piazza Regina Margherita, the Church of San Francesco di Paola, and the small marina. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the sunset, savor fresh seafood, and explore the island’s southeastern coast.
Just a few kilometers from the property are beaches of extraordinary beauty with crystal-clear waters, such as Spinazza Beach, Portopalo Beach (Capo Passero), and the famous San Lorenzo Beach.
