Ottima posizione, appena fuori dal centro del paese, in un complesso di recente costruzione. Zona tranquilla, rilassante e ventilata. Appartamento pulitissimo e spazioso, con un enorme nuovo armadio. Appartamento con tutti i confort, compreso super terrazza con doccia esterna al piano superiore. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Posizione ideale per raggiungere le varie spiagge in macchina.
Vicina, ma non vicinissima per raggiungere il centro paese a piedi. Nessun marciapiede e strada buia. Con l’auto si raggiunge e il costo del parcheggio e cmq economico. Mancanza di zanzariere.

Great apartment with everything you need for a family. The rooftop is amazing, perfect for sunbathing while our toddler was sleeping. It’s in a great location to explore beaches around Marzamemi, Portopalo and Vindicari and the the beautiful cities of Noto, Modica and Ortigia.
