Welcome to Casa StellaLuna, a sunlit 2-floor townhouse with unforgettable sea views, a private rooftop terrace, and shared access to two in-ground pools. Named in memory of my great-grandmother Stella, the home is filled with warmth, charm, and hand-picked Sicilian details.
The space
Casa Stella Luna is a modern two-story townhouse offering two bedrooms, one on each level for space and privacy, each with its own balcony. The first bedroom sleeps two on a queen size bed. The bedroom upstairs sleeps two on a queen size bed plus two more on the sofa bed. It includes one modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking with local ingredients. The bright living room features another sofa bed. A private balcony overlooks the shared pool and Ionian Sea, while the spacious rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing, dining al fresco, or stargazing.
Located within the exclusive gated community, Borgo 84, Casa Stella Luna is a few minute drive to Marzamemi’s harbor, boutiques, and gelato spots. The home is ideally situated for day trips to UNESCO World Heritage sites including Noto, Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa, and is only one hour from Catania.
