We had a fantastic stay! The owners’ openness and hospitality created a truly warm, family-like atmosphere, making the whole experience incredibly pleasant and special. The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful little bay with a charming beach. The sunrise over the sea horizon is absolutely stunning! During the day, it’s the perfect place for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing at the beach bar, and simply enjoying the Sicilian atmosphere. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, including some delicious spots recommended by the very friendly owner. Everything is within easy walking distance, yet the place feels peaceful and authentic. A truly wonderful Sicilian experience — highly recommended!

TThe only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi coverage on the first floor, as the connection occasionally dropped. I think this could easily be solved by improving the configuration or adding a Wi-Fi Mesh system. Still it's the tiny think

Ho avuto la sensanzione che il soggiorno in questo appartamento sarebbe stato perfetto già dalla prima telefonata che è intercorsa con l'host Marco. Una persona gentilissima e disponibile. l'appartamento moderno, pulito e non mancava nulla, nemmeno la macchinetta del caffe'. Sembrava di essere a casa. Il parcheggio è privato, alle spalle dell'appartemento. Vicinissimo al centro, ma in una zona tranquilla. Dovessi tornare a Mazameni, di sicuro andrei al Cosentino Apartment

I can honestly say that Marco is the best host I have ever met in my life. From the very first moment, everything was perfect. He welcomed us late at night with a big smile, helped us carry our luggage, and made us feel truly at home. He is super polite, kind, and always available whenever you need him – just a message away. When we opened the fridge, we even found some delicious local treats waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Marco also took time to explain all the best local spots – beaches, restaurants, and hidden gems that only a local would know. Thanks to him, we enjoyed places we would never have discovered on our own. The apartment itself is wonderful: spotlessly clean, modern, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Everything feels new, comfortable, and arranged with great attention to detail. You can see that Marco truly cares about his guests. On top of all that, he gave us extra tips for traveling around Sicily, recommended where to park, and even checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. It really felt less like staying at a rental, and more like being hosted by a close friend who genuinely wants you to have the best experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Without a doubt – this is the best host and the best stay I’ve ever had. I would give Marco 11 out of 10 if I could!
