Great solution in Marzamemi center facing the sea with carport, air conditioning two double bedrooms plus living room with sofa bed for two additional seats in addition. Central location with panoramic terrace for exclusive use equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers take over 100 sqm. equipped terrace. The house is located close to all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, from shops to restaurants to marchet, everything is far enough away from nightclubs to ensure a just serenity in the evening. On foot you can reach all the annexed services, with the possibility of associating other beds. The structure is flexible, therefore it can be rented on request for only two beds, an ideal panoramic position to enjoy a direct sea view thirty meters away.

The apartment was as advertised and you can stroll to the centre in a few minutes. Some of the amenities were a bit rickety, kitchen drawers, bathroom handle and the shower temperature remained cool which didn't matter as it was very hot during our stay. The owners do.not speak.much English and we did not speak much italian but we managed to communicate using Google translate and they promptly sorted out an initial WiFi connection problem .

Spacious apartment for four people with a fantastic terrace. View of the sea and the village. Parking on the property. Restaurants, bars within walking distance. Very good contact with the host.
