Ottima la posizione vicino al centro del borgo di Marzamemi, villetta con camere ampie e 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata, barbecue e lavandino esterno, ampio parcheggio interno chiuso da cancello. Gentile e disponibile il proprietario. Ottima come base per visitare i dintorni, Noto, capo Passero, Pachino, Ispica.

L'emplacement de la villa est exceptionnel : accessibilité de la plage et de la petite ville de Marzamemi. Villa en retrait de la route du bord de mer, stationnement, grande terrasse couverte, douche extérieure pour les sorties de plage, les salines à coté où nous avons pu apercevoir les différentes espèces d'oiseaux ainsi que les flamants roses. Le reste à découvrir dans la villa : parfait pour notre séjour.
Rien à signaler. Il faut chercher les petits détails sans importance pour notre séjour. SUPER !!!!

Great location, private yet near the small town centre. We especially enjoyed the outside area. Check in and check out were straightforward.
The cleanliness was absolutely fine, but didn't put me fully at ease. The second bathroom is located on the outside of the building and not in the best condition, luckily we didn't have much use for it.
