Come and stay in this family home, ideal for a getaway with friends or family, or for a business trip.
Located just 20 km from Orléans and 10 km from Meung-sur-Loire, it enjoys a prime location between the Beauce region and the Loire Valley.
Nearby, you can explore numerous sites such as the Notre-Dame Basilica in Cléry-Saint-André, the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, the Château de Beaugency, the Lignerolles windmill, the Roquelin Gardens, and the Ilex Arboretum. On the ground floor:
- a basement with a dartboard, board games, a library, sofas, and a summer kitchenette (microwave, sink, refrigerator, and washing machine).
On the first floor:
- a living room with a lounge area and a fireplace with an insert (wood provided), as well as a dining area
